Refund policy

No Limits Method Refund/return Policy 

At No Limits Method, we are dedicated to empowering educators, therapists, and families with high-quality online training and lesson resources. Because our courses and digital lessons are delivered instantly online, traditional “returns” are not possible. However, we do provide a clear refund policy to ensure fairness and trust.

1. Digital Product Nature

All purchases provide immediate access to proprietary content. For this reason, once significant portions of a course are accessed, refunds are limited.

2. Refund / Withdrawal Eligibility

You can cancel your order for a refund by making a return within your account here: account.nolimitsmethod.com.

You may request a refund if:

  1. The request is made within 14 days of purchase or contact to office@nolimitsmethod.com asking for help in accessing courses.

  2. The course or lesson has not been completed beyond 20% of its content.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  1. More than 20% of the course or lesson has been accessed.

  2. A certificate of completion has already been issued.

  3. The request is made after the 14-day window.

  4. Course access has been shared, transferred, or otherwise misused.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent access to your course or lesson, please contact our support team at office@nolimitsmethod.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. If we are unable to provide access, you may qualify for a refund regardless of usage.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email office@nolimitsmethod.org with the following:

  • Your full name

  • The email used for purchase

  • Order confirmation number

  • Reason for the request

All requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

5b. Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Sign in to your account:
    a. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    c. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

  5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

6. Policy Updates

No Limits Method reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Downtime due to maintenance is expected.
